Novak Djokovic overcame a spirited effort by Spaniard Bernabe Zapata Miralles to reach the third round of the US Open on Wednesday.
Djokovic trailed just six games on his way to a straight set win at Arthur Ashe Stadium.
The 23-time Grand Slam winner – three-time champion in New York – will now face Laslo Djere, number 32, in round three. He remains on a collision course with world champion Carlos Alcaraz.
