Radio star Clint Stanaway has debuted a stunning new look.
The 41-year-old said he lost a whopping 9 kilos in just 12 weeks.
Clint, who is part of Jase and Lauren’s Nova 100 breakfast team, followed an intensive training program and managed to drop his weight from 92.5kg to 83.5kg.
On Friday he posted on his Instagram: Clint shared a ‘before and after’ photo spread out and showed off his new body.
Clint poses topless and wearing shorts, appearing to have worked his abs, chest and abs and trimmed away excess fat in a stunning transformation.
The photos can be seen in the latest edition of Men’s Health Australia.
“I lost track of my personal time and found it difficult to manage my fitness,” Clint told the magazine in an interview.
‘From that moment on I started gaining weight and before I knew it, I weighed the most I’d ever weighed: 92.5 kg.’

He added that he had developed bad habits that were affecting his mental and physical well-being.
‘My lifestyle didn’t help. Watching the radio and TV seven mornings a week, eating on the go and not sleeping in meant my mental health suffered too.
“But honestly, I just hated looking at myself in the mirror. … That was the catalyst for change.”
Clint lost the pounds under the supervision of personal trainer Matt Boland, who later shared a video of the radio star working out on social media.
The Nova star’s fitness regimen consisted of four rigorous workouts per week and training sessions that focused on specific goals each day.

He added that he had fallen into a number of bad habits that were affecting his mental and physical well-being, neither of which had improved.
Clint did push, pull, upper body and lower body exercises to lose weight and build muscle and strength.
Clint said he stopped drinking alcohol during training and cut out sugary foods.
The Channel Nine presenter added that his transformation has boosted his confidence and improved his mental and overall health.
This follows Clint being one of three new presenters confirmed for Channel Nine’s breakfast show Weekend Today earlier this year.
The network announced that Jayne Azzopardi and Clint would become the show’s new hosts, with Sophie Walsh as newsreader and Dan Anstey as weather presenter.
Jayne, Clint and Sophie replaced experienced presenters Richard Wilkins, Belinda Russell and Charles Croucher.
