The meal consisted of four courses, starting with canapes, including zucchini flowers, crudités, liver pate and bread.
Guests were then treated to shared starters including Wollemi duck ham, prawn cocktail and a tomato salad with Kalamata olives.
They then had three options for their main course – cavatelli, fish fillet or roast chicken – and a choice of chocolate and cherry trifle or tropical pavlova for dessert.
Employees were also served a range of alcoholic drinks, including wine and champagne, as they socialized at the high-class affair.
Zoe also added a personal touch by marking people’s place settings with unique placemats, each with a horoscope tailor-made for that person.
Tarot readers from Newtown’s Nature’s Energy Day Spa & Bathhouse were also on hand to provide personalized readings to all staff.
During the free festive party, all employees also took part in a Secret Santa and exchanged gifts during their extensive lunch.
Zoe was gifted a thoughtful drawing of her two beloved cats Potato and Jimothy, sharing on her Instagram Stories that the gift was ‘so good’.

Zoe recently bought back ownership of her skincare brand Go-To after beauty company BWX went bankrupt.
She first sold her 51.5 percent stake in her beauty brand to the ASX-listed beauty conglomerate for $89 million in 2021.
But just two years later, Zoë and Go-To co-founder Paul Bates bought back their controlling stake in the company for a fraction of the $21.8 million price, after BWX went into administration in April 2023.
Reflecting on the turbulent time earlier this year, Zoe admitted she felt ‘way out of her depth’ with the deal as there is no ‘handbook’ for finding the right investor.
“How did you know when it was the right time? How did you know they were the right partner? Because there is no manual,” she told the newspaper Financial overview.
She said she felt “motherly” toward Go-To and did everything she could to save the company after the BWX deal unraveled.
‘There’s nothing like seeing your baby in trouble to get you started. I thought, ‘I’m here, I’m going to protect my baby at all costs.’ I felt very motherly, nothing has strengthened me as much as this,” she said.
‘I thought I might leave the company next year [as per the original BWX deal] is now unfathomable, I’m swinging all the way back in.’
During the no-cost festive bash, all employees also got involved in a Secret Santa and exchanged gifts during their lavish lunch.

She said she put everything into her decision to buy back her shares to ensure she was doing the right thing for her brand, admitting: ‘I couldn’t live with myself if I messed up.’
Despite the difficult times, Zoe celebrated Go-To’s tenth anniversary this year and the business has been thriving since she bought back her stake.
Zoe not only founded her skincare company, but is also an accomplished author and has published over twenty books.
Her most popular books are The Wrong Girl, Things Will Calm Down Soon, Break-up Boss and Textbook Romance.
