“It’s going to be amazing,” says the 10-year-old aspiring rapper smiled backstage at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA.
“When is it going to fall?” Jazzy asked.
North replied, “Like…I don’t know.”
When asked if there would be any collabs with her famous father Kanye “Ye” West, West raised her arms and coyly exclaimed, “Mmmm, maybe!” We do not know yet!’

Jazzy then thanked the precocious fifth grader “for her time” and said she “liked the mysterious atmosphere that was there.”

Instagram users responded to West’s first on-screen interview by calling her “a legit clone” of the 46-year-old rapper with all the “manners,” with some noting that she “looked nervous” and “needed some media training.”

Turns out it was just a soft launch for West’s debut studio album, which she officially announced on March 10 at the 24-time Grammy winner’s Vultures 2 listening party at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
“Hi, it’s Northie, and I’ve been working on an album. And it’s called Elementary School Drop Out!’ said the enthusiastic painter on stage to cheers from the audience.
The title Elementary School Dropout is a direct tribute to Ye’s 2004 debut studio album, The College Dropout, which went four times platinum and won Best Rap Album at the Grammy Awards.
West and Kardashian’s six-year marriage ended in parting in 2021 and he will pay her $200,000/month in child support for North and son Saint, 8; daughter Chicago, 6; and son Psalm, 4.
The Atlanta-born hip-hop star and Ty Dolla $ign will self-release Vultures 3 on April 5 via iTunes, Apple Music and his YZY website.
