The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday.
With the intensely private 53-year-old actor was his longtime partner Diane Kruger, 46, as well as his son Mingus Reedus, 22, who he shares with his ex, model Helen Christensen, and his mother.
The ceremony, one of the few times Reedus has ventured out in public with his family, made him… the first Walking Dead cast member to receive a star on the iconic landmark.

The Boondock Saints actor’s plaque was placed with the star for George A. Romero, best known for directing the iconic zombie films Night Of The Living Dead (1968) and Dawn Of The Dead (1978).
The star of Reedus was unveiled by horror film director and pundit Guillermo del Toro and The Walking Dead showrunner Greg Nicotero.
Norman looked stylish in a black wide-leg suit and a matching black striped tie.
Diane looked chic in a black and white houndstooth double breasted blazer dress, while Mingus, who was the spitting image of his mother Helena, wore a black three-piece suit.
The actor’s appearance with his family member has been rare as he has largely stayed out of the limelight in recent years, despite dating another actor and starring in one of the most popular shows of the past decade.
He met his partner Diane in 2015 while filming the movie Sky, and the following year the two were a couple. In November 2018, they welcome a daughter named Nova, who they have tried to keep out of the limelight.

The television star was previously in a relationship with supermodel Helena Christensen from 1998 to 2003.
The couple welcomed their son Mingus in 1999, and even after their relationship broke up, they are still friends and devoted co-parents to their now-grown son, who ran into trouble with the law earlier this year.
In March, the famous child pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge of punching a woman in the face, earning him a sentence requiring him to attend five counseling sessions.
Also with Norman was his mother Marianne, a teacher. She looked gorgeous in a green butterfly skirt and a black top.

Norman’s series The Walking Dead is a post-apocalyptic horror drama that premiered on AMC in 2010 and has since become one of the subgenre’s most popular shows to date, cementing Reedus’s stardom.
The show was based on a comic book series of the same name and inspired several video games and six spin-off series.
Reedus’ career has expanded since he joined the Walking Dead cast in Season 1 as Daryl Dixon, while his character’s brother was played by actor Michael Rooker.

New Show: Reedus is on board for the next Walking Dead spin-off called Dead City
After an impressive 11 seasons, The Walking Dead is getting another spin-off and it was revealed to Weekly entertainment last month that the name will be Dead City.
Shooting recently began in New Jersey and will premiere in 2023 with a six-episode first season.
Reedus is on board for the upcoming spin-off, although the actor recently revealed that he suffered a severe concussion while filming the latest episode of Walking Dead.
The final season of The Walking Dead airs October 2 on AMC.
