The 23-year-old singer barely shielded her modesty as she went braless under the extremely plunging black dress that featured a chunky chain detail that was strategically placed over her assets.

Miley Cyrus’s sister oozed confidence as she strutted around the French capital in the daring outfit, turning heads as she did so.

Noah paired her vampy black dress with sheer tights and high black heels, while her black locks were worn in a poker straight style.

The July hitmaker allowed her dress to do the talking, as she opted to go without other accessories and ditched her coat for the outing.

A day earlier, Noah stunned in another black ensemble while attending Alexandre Vauthier’s Spring/Summer 2023 couture show.

Noah put on a spectacular display in a sheer, high-necked black dress with a ruffled hem.

Underneath she wore an intricately beaded bra and undergarments that sparkled under the lights.

Her black locks fell to her shoulders, while she bleached her eyebrows blonde for added drama.

Noah is the little sister of well-known pop icon Miley, and she appeared in several episodes of her sister’s hit Disney Channel show Hannah Montana when she was younger.

Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, is also a famous musician and starred in Hannah Montana as Miley’s father.

Alongside her sister’s success, the Make Me Cry singer has made a career for herself in the music industry.

She was recently nominated for a Grammy Award for Best New Artist, which was her first Grammy nomination.
