‘I’ve had a number of cats that died mysteriously. At least one of them was examined at a shelter and I was told she had been severely abused,” she alleged in the filing.

According to reports, the nature of the abuse was sexual.

Aghajanian retaliated with claims that Johnson threatened to kill him and deliberately burned him with kitchen utensils.

Johnson requested and received a restraining order from her husband in November. In In January, Aghajanian responded with a similar request as part of a divorce filing.

Despite the ongoing relationship drama, Johnson has come up with a brand new restaurant with a series of quirks and even rules.

Frog Club’s Instagram account uploaded a list of “Ways to Get 86’d,” also known as denied service.

The list included not showing up for a reservation, taking mirror selfies in the bathroom and being rude – especially to the doorman Tony.

The restaurant also warns against stealing, vandalizing, touching the ‘memorabilia’, lying about your birthday or even getting too drunk.

The final rule forbids “kissing the chef without her consent,” but the menu includes a kiss from Johnson for $1,000.

The restaurant has taken over a space on Bedford Street previously occupied by Chumley’s for a long time.

While Johnson claims the restaurant is hers after launching the new spot in an artsy retro-style YouTube video, Aghajanian claims he came up with the idea.

According to Aghajanian, the project is currently “in legal limbo.” He told The New York Times that ‘Frog club is a concept that I created and designed.’

However, when Johnson was asked what she thought of the restaurant, she reportedly surveyed the space and simply said, “it’s all mine.”
