He famously played Jerry Seinfeld’s annoying neighbor Newman on the beloved 1990s sitcom Seinfeld.

And actor Wayne Knight looked barely recognizable as he was spotted on a rare outing in Los Angeles Tuesday afternoon.

The 69-year-old showed off his noticeably slimmer figure as he arrived at The Exercise Coach, a specialist gym that focuses on 20-minute workouts and one-on-one coaching.

While at the gym, Knight was seen using some arm weight machines.

The TV star worked up a sweat in a navy blue polo shirt, black drawstring trousers and black trainers.

Amid his Seinfeld success, Knight also landed a role in the NBC sitcom, 3rd Rock from the Sun, starring John Lithgow, Kristen Johnston and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The series ran from 1996 to 2001 and lasted six seasons.

In 2011, he reunited with Johnston as they both starred on the TV Land sitcom The Exes for four seasons.

He’s also had a slew of memorable guest roles on shows like Hot In Cleveland, Law & Order: SVU, Narcos, Bones and, most recently, Netflix’s That 90s’ Show.

Before becoming a TV actor, Knight had already found success in film with roles in 1987’s Dirty Dancing and 1993’s Jurassic Park.

His other notable big screen credits include: Space Jam (1996), Rat Race (2001) and Cheaper By The Dozen (2003).

Knight’s voice acting resume is as impressive as his work in front of the camera.

He has lent his voice talents to more than 45 film, TV and video game projects, including the beloved Disney animated films Hercules (1997), Tarzan (1999) and Toy Story 2 (1999).

Term recently reported in April that Knight will voice a character in the upcoming TV adaptation of the Among Us video game.

Regarding his personal life, Knight has been married to his wife Clare Knight since 2003.

Before Clare, the actor was married to makeup artist Paula Sutor for seven years.

He and his current wife live in LA and share 17-year-old son Liam, who celebrates his 18th birthday on October 15.
