Nine Perfect Strangers renewed! Nicole Kidman set to reprise her role as Russian wellness guru
Hulu has renewed Nine Perfect Strangers for one more season after a successful debut, where Nicole Kidman truly embodied her character with her method acting approach.
Kidman plans to reprise her role as Masha, the quirky director and owner of Tranquillum House, a resort that offers wellness treatments and a relaxing vacation getaway.
The enigmatic Russian-American figure seems eager to take whatever measures are necessary to improve her guests’ path to better health.
Nine different characters arrived at the resort and began their journey to healing. When they checked in, some guests began to question the retreat’s unconventional methods.
As the plot developed, the visitors sought solace in relaxation, tranquility and massages rather than facing their mortality.

In 2017 she sang backing vocals on Urban’s The Female.
Despite her impressive voice, she is still quite shy about stepping behind the microphone, saying she only did it because her husband asked her to appear on the track.

Nine Perfect Strangers producer Bruna Papandrea shared insights about filming in Australia in 2021 when he mentioned it as the ideal location to film movie and TV projects.
He told TV Tonight: ‘Nobody can do it better than the Australians. Australia offers this enormous breadth of locations and the best technicians in the world.”
