Niklas Sule scored in stunning style to deny Kylian Mbappe a goal after the PSG winger had gone through on goal during the Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund.
The Bundesliga team ended up at the top of Group F, with the Parisians trailing by three points.
A win would see PSG progress to the knockout stages of the tournament, and their World Cup-winning star could have earned them a goal if not for Sule.
It was a nice move from the Parisians, with Lucas Hernandez playing a stunning long pass to Mbappe.
Initially, Sule Mbappe appeared to lose under the long pass, with the 24-year-old grabbing the ball, turning and advancing towards the penalty area.
Dortmund goalkeeper Gregor Kobel moved out of his net to meet the Frenchman, but Mbappé tapped the ball to his left, swung past the keeper and put himself in front of an open net.
He hit a low left-foot shot towards goal but Sule, who had walked back about 25 yards, slid in and stopped the shot with a spectacular last-ditch effort.
It was a sensational piece of defending, with the Germany international crashing into the back of the net before rising to receive a hug from team-mate Mats Hummels.
