Nikki Haley says ‘there’s a reason pilots can’t fly after 65’ as she rips into Trump’s age AGAIN and insists he is more focused on his $400 gold sneakers than the American people
Nikki Haley made another argument as to why President Joe Biden, 81, and former President Donald Trump, 77, are both too old for another term.
The 52-year-old presidential candidate mentioned other careers with an age limit of 65, such as pilots and military officers.
Haley also argued during a NewsNation interview on Tuesday evening that Republican front-runner Trump is distracted. She said his mind was preoccupied with his many lawsuits and non-campaign-related ventures, such as his new gold sneakers that retail for $399, instead of doing what’s best for Americans.
The age issue comes amid growing concerns, particularly about Biden’s fitness for office, after a DOJ report released this month labeled the president as an “older man” with a “poor memory” and “diminished abilities” .

Special counsel Robert Hur concluded that he would not recommend indicting Biden in the classified documents case because a jury would hesitate to convict a man who they believe does not have the “mental state of willfulness” to commit a to commit a ‘serious crime’.
“I think if you ask any doctor, they’ll tell you that if you’re in your 80s, you’re prone to that (dementia),” Haley told NewsNation when asked about Biden and Trump’s mental state at their advanced age. .
‘Look, there’s a reason why pilots can’t fly after age 65. There is a reason why military personnel let you retire before 65,” the former United Nations ambassador added. “We have serious problems.”
“None of that is normal behavior from either of them,” she said in reference to Biden allowing open borders and focusing on gender pronouns in schools and Trump “mocking military members” by questioning the whereabouts of her deployed husband .
“What I’m saying is that in polls, 70 percent of Americans say they want normalcy again, they don’t want chaos. They don’t want this mess,” she added.
As both Biden and Trump’s ages increasingly come into question, Haley is also questioning the former president’s priorities amid a flurry of lawsuits and trying to figure out how to bank his life and legal battles continue.
At a sneaker conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this weekend, Trump unveiled his $399 pair of gold shoes, the Never Surrender High-Top Sneaker.
“This is something I’ve been talking about for 12, 13 years, and I think it’s going to be a great success,” Trump said during his speech at Sneaker Con Philadelphia.

Haley says this is just another way he can bring in money.
“He’s not focused on the American people,” Haley told NewsNation. “He’s focused on the sneakers.”
“I think you can tell from his campaign reports: He’s spent $50 million in campaign contributions on his personal lawsuits. Think about that.’
“I mean, look where all his attention is going,” she added. “Look at his tweets, look at the golden shoes, look at the campaign contributions – it’s all about his lawsuits.”
“How are you going to focus on the American people when you’re completely distracted by your lawsuits? That’s the point I’m trying to make. We can’t afford that,” Haley said.
“We can’t have a presidential candidate who keeps talking about the victim he is and focuses on how he’s going to pay his legal fees and doesn’t focus on the American people.”
Trump’s new sneakers were unveiled the day after a New York judge ordered him to pay $355 million as part of a civil fraud case alleging the Trump Organization inflated the value of their properties.
