Comedian Nikki Glaser made two X-rated jokes during her opening monologue at the 2025 Golden Globes – involving Twisters star Glen Powell and Ben Affleck.
Glaser took the stage Sunday night in a glittering silver dress to ruthlessly roast celebrities, but it seems she has a soft spot for Powell.
“Glen Powell, what a year you’ve had!” she said on stage, pointing to the star in the crowd.
“Glen, you were on everything, Twisters, Hit Man, my head when I have sex with my boyfriend, thank you so much for the help, I’ll see you tonight,” she continued, as Powell began to chuckle.
And it looks like Glaser could have a shot here, as Powell is currently single.
But Powell wasn’t the only actor Glaser targeted.
She also made a joke about Ben Affleck’s orgasms.
“Tonight we celebrate the best of film and hold space for television,” she said, referencing the viral meme from the Wicked press tour.

Glaser is currently dating his longtime boyfriend Chris Convy, but they have been dating for over a decade.
“‘Wicked,’ ‘Queer,’ ‘Nightbitch’… these aren’t just the words Ben Affleck screams after reaching an orgasm, these are some of the incredible films nominated tonight,” she continued.

“I think it’s off and on [because] I’m just terrified of committing to anything forever,” Glaser said during a May 2024 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, per We weekly.
“I think when I commit to something forever, I don’t think about other adventures. It’s just kind of admitting defeat. It’s sorting out.’
Glaser’s monologue at The Golden Globes kicked off the first awards ceremony of the season.
