Nicole Kidman puts on a modest display in chic gray suit for screening of her erotic thriller Babygirl
Nicole Kidman showed off her chic sense of style as she stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday to promote her upcoming film Babygirl.
The 57-year-old actress presented herself elegantly in a matching tweed set consisting of a slightly oversized blazer with hidden buttons and fitted trousers.
When she arrived at The Grove for a private screening of her steamy new movie, she stepped out of her car and walked in wearing a pair of high, black pumps.
She wore a cream turtleneck that peeked out from under her blazer jacket.
Her modest and cautious outfit was a direct complement to her upcoming film Babygirl, which will be released in theaters on Christmas Day, December 25.
Ahead of their promo tour, Kidman previously spoke about how she loves being seen as a “sexual” person at 57 and opened up about filming steamy sex scenes in the erotic thriller with her younger co-star, Harris Dickinson, 28.

For the special screening, Kidman had an afterglow and looked radiant in light, dewy makeup with rose pink accents.
Her strawberry blonde locks lay in perfectly tousled beach waves, flowing and bouncing around her shoulders as she walked to the theater for the event.
Directed by Halina Reijn and distributed by A24, Babygirl follows the story of a powerful CEO who risks her career and family when she begins a raunchy affair with a much younger intern.
In October, Kidman previously admitted that at one point during filming she had to pause shooting the intense sex scenes after experiencing “burnout” from having too many orgasms.
“There was a tremendous amount of sharing, trust and then frustration. It’s like, “Don’t touch me.”
‘There were times when we were filming and I thought, “I don’t want to have an orgasm anymore. Don’t come near me. I hate doing this.”
‘I don’t care if I’m never touched again in my life! I’m over it. It was so present for me all the time that it was almost like a burnout,” she said in an interview with The sun.
In November, Kidman spoke about playing such a sexual role in the erotic thriller and insisted she wasn’t upset at all.
The night before, Kidman wowed on the red carpet in a floral dress with her hunky co-star Harris Dickinson, 28, who plays her love interest in Babygirl.
She appeared on The Graham Norton Show and was joined by Wicked star Cynthia Erivo, actor James Norton, comedian Chris McCausland and singer Benson Boone on the famous red couch.
She described the film as “weird, but in a good way.”
The Moulin Rouge star also explained that she was “drawn” to the film because of “the woman’s voice.”
“A lot of films in this genre that we saw in the 1990s came from the male perspective, but this has been twisted and told through the lens of a woman,” she said.
When talk show host Norton asked her if she was hesitant about filming so many steamy scenes, she said she was just excited and wanted to step outside her “comfort zone.”
In response, she said, “Not at all. I loved the script, I love supporting women in the industry and it was just really good.”
Kidman added, “It’s exciting and daring, and I’m always looking to step out of my comfort zone.”

When she first read the script, she said she was immediately intrigued.
‘I read the script and I thought it was so funny. But it also turned me on. I was a bit hypnotized too.”
She said she wanted to work on the project because it was “an area.” [she’d] never been before in terms of career.
‘As an actor I have always been searching, I always think: “Where have I not been? And what can I discover as a human being? And this was an area I had never been before.”
