Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron have reunited for an upcoming Netflix rom-com also starring Joey King after playing lovers in the 2012 crime drama.

Netflix released an image from A Family Affair on Wednesday showing Nicole, 55, Zac, 35, and Joey, 23, along with a preview of upcoming releases on the streaming service.

The photo showed Nicole dressed in a white jacket while standing next to Zac, who looked dapper in a tuxedo as they looked over at Joey.

A Family Affair is scheduled to be released on November 17.

Nicole and Zac previously starred together in the 2012 crime drama The Paperboy which was written, directed and co-produced by 63-year-old Lee Daniels.

The Paperboy was a box office bomb, only earning $3.8 million worldwide on a budget of $12.5 million.

Nicole was praised for her performance, earning her Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations despite the film’s mixed reviews.

Zac has starred in the Netflix documentary series Down To Earth With Zac Efron which premiered on the streaming service in July 2020.

Crime drama: Zac and Nicole previously starred together in the 2012 crime drama The Paperboy which was written, directed and co-produced by Lee Daniels.

Critical acclaim: Showing off in Hollywood last March, Nicole was praised for her performance in The Paperboy and earned Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations despite mixed reviews for the film .

Joey has been cast in the lead role of the upcoming sci-fi fantasy action film The Uglies and is also an executive producer.
