The 39-year-old socialite wore a white tank top and a long blue denim skirt with a high front slit.
Nicky completed her look in white Chanel heels with black tips and accessorized with aviator sunglasses, tiny hoop earrings, watch, rings and a chunky necklace.
She had her blonde hair loose over her shoulders and accentuated her natural beauty with pink lipstick.
Nick has been married to James Rothschild, 37, since 2015, and they have a seven-year-old daughter Lily-Grace Victoria, five-year-old daughter Theodora ‘Teddy’ Marily and a one-year-old son.

Nicky is the youngest daughter of Richard and Kathy Hilton, 64, and has older sister Paris, 42, and younger brothers Barron, 33, and Conrad, 29.
Her great-grandfather is the late Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton Hotels chain, who died in 1979 at the age of 91.
Nicky hit the red carpet at Paris Fashion Week earlier this month with her mom Kathy for the Giambattista Valli Haute Couture show.
Paris became a mother for the first time in January when she welcomed son Phoenix with husband Carter Reum.
Nicky launched her own clothing line in 2004 and in 2010 she started her own jewelry line.
She announced her first footwear collection in February 2019 in collaboration with French Sole and launched in September 2019.

They released a statement denying that they were divorcing but admitted that they were going through a rough patch in their marriage.
