The fashion designer, 40 – who recently attended mom Kathy Hilton's star-studded holiday party – was spotted strolling along a sidewalk in the bustling city with her two eldest children.
She shares Lily, seven, and Teddy, five, as well as a one-year-old son with husband James Rothschild – who she tied the knot with in 2015.
The socialite wore skin-tight black leggings and a black knit turtleneck for the short outing.
Hilton paired the ensemble with a thick, tan coat that zipped up the front to help her stay warm in the chilly temperatures.
