Nicky Hilton dishes on birthday plans for daughter: ‘Auntie Paris taking everyone to Disneyland’
Nicky Hilton’s daughter Teddy is turning five just days before Christmas and ‘auntie’ Paris Hilton is making sure her birthday celebration isn’t overshadowed by the holidays.
During an exclusive conversation with DailyMail.com about their latest collaboration, Resort Collection for Kids Nicky Hilton x Sun HouseNicky shared all the fun he has in store for his family this holiday season.
The 39-year-old mother of three revealed that her sister Paris will treat the family on a whirlwind trip to Disneyland to celebrate Teddy’s birthday, which will be the first for Teddy, four, and older sister Lily-Grace, six.

‘Aunt Paris has promised to take everyone to Disneyland for her birthday. So it’s going to be fun,’ Nicky said, adding with a laugh: ‘It’s going to be a great day.’
Nicky and her husband, James Rothschild, have been putting off a trip to Disney until their daughters are old enough to enjoy it. Now that Paris has offered to lead the charge, Nicky revealed that they’re going to do it like they did when she and Paris were kids.
“When we were little, my parents, me, Paris and the kids would check into the Disneyland hotel and we would spend the whole day, we would be there until the night, we would wake up in the morning and we would do it again,” he recalled.
Teddy’s birthday trip will fall just five days before Christmas and the New York-based Hilton-Rothschilds traditionally spend the holiday season in California with the entire Hilton clan, so the timing is perfect.

Nicky said she’s looking forward to reuniting with the family for Christmas, however she still hasn’t decided what to get her sister Paris, who is notoriously hard to buy for.
“I don’t know what I’ll give him,” she said thoughtfully. ‘She’s very, very hard to buy. Nicky added: “She just moved into a new house so maybe something for the house.

It’s going to be a busy holiday this year for Nicky, who welcomed her third child and her first child four months ago. “Our family is growing at an exponential rate,” he joked.
Fortunately, Hilton said her pregnancy and postpartum life has been fairly easy, plus she gets help from her two daughters.
They love. It’s great,’ she gushed. It’s like having two extra pairs of hands to help out, and not an ounce of jealousy, thank goodness. He was a little nervous about it. But they are definitely doting on the older sisters.

Her children—and her cat—served as creative inspiration for Nicky’s latest business endeavor, a line of sustainable children’s swimwear with Southern brand Sun House Children’s.
Nicky was initially introduced to the company by her mother, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton, who discovered them on Instagram and bought items for the girls.
“What really drew me to this brand is the story behind it,” he said. “I love women who support women and I love a brand that seems to share the same values as I do.”

‘I just thought, they’re great. It’s these two young mothers from the South,” Nicky explained. “His designs of hers really captured her southern charm and elegance.”
The Nicky Hilton x Sun House Kids’ Resort Collection launched earlier this month and features swimwear, playsets and scrunchies priced from $9 to $68.
The items are made from sustainable materials and feature prints and embellishments designed by Nicky, who made them extremely meaningful to her.
‘If you take a look at one of the footprints you can see my two little girls on the swings and then my cat. I just wanted to make it really personal and sweet.
she said. “In the process I found out I was having a boy. So I said, okay, now you have to add some things for the little kids. So we came up with duck shorts.’
