Nicki Minaj superfan files $5M slander lawsuit against her alleging she called him a poor, mentally ill stalker

Tameer Peak – a Nicki Minaj superfan for 15 years – has a libel case has been filed against her in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking $5 million in damages for “damage to reputation, emotional distress and financial loss.”

The 28-year-old Newark, NJ resident alleged that the 41-year-old hip-hop star accused him of ‘a paid mole sent to sabotage her’ from 2017.

“What’s the problem?” Minaj (born Onika Maraj) asked. “Say what you got to say. You on hidden camera, boo.”

Peak replied, “I’m talking nonsense because I love you, and I’m trying to be honest with you.”

In the lawsuit, Tameer alleged that during this incident, Nicki “invited” him to her hotel and “shamed him in front of 100,000 viewers.”

Peak also said that Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty allegedly “assaulted” him at a Super Bowl LIV event in 2020. She later sent him a DM referencing the incident.

Tameer claimed the Trinidad-born, New York-raised star told him through third parties this year to “stop saying stupid shit” and that he would approach him during X sessions on the station.

“It’s clear they’re not necessarily a full basket of food at the picnic,” Nicki reportedly wrote, referring to Peak as mentally ill.

Tameer also claimed that Minaj implied he was on welfare, writing that he was “one sandwich short for a picnic” and called him a “stalker” who pretended to work for her.

Peak is known for litigating with ‘two ongoing lawsuits’ against NYPD officers and one libel case pending against X-user Cabria Nelson.

The BLM protester – who was accused of obstructing government administration in 2021 – told Complex on September 14: ‘I was protesting and doing a lot of activism. I’ve seen a lot of police brutality by the NYPD, which has resulted in multiple lawsuits.’

Tameer is best known as the “Alien Superstar” who “emptied his savings account” by spending “five figures” to attend eight BeyoncĂ© Renaissance Tour concerts while wearing a prosthetic limb.
