Nick McKenzie Leads the Investigation in Stan’s Upcoming Documentary Original Revealed: Trafficked
Streaming giant Stan has announced a powerful new documentary that sets out to expose the sinister world of human trafficking.
Revealed: TraffickedFrom award-winning filmmaker Sascha Ettinger-Epstein, it follows an international path as it follows a story of vulnerable women forced into the sex industry.
Hosted by Nick McKenzie and South Korean journalist Jiyoon Kim of investigative agency Newstapa, the gritty, gritty investigation premieres March 12, only on Stan.
Based on a 60-minute report that McKenzie first presented last October, viewers will hear a harrowing story, including the first-hand testimony of a young survivor.
She tells how she was brainwashed and how she endured shocking conditions as a sex worker.

Based on a 60-minute report that McKenzie first presented last October, viewers will hear a harrowing story, including the first-hand testimony of a young survivor.
McKenzie and Jiyoon Kim follow the trail of people smuggling from Melbourne to Queensland, South Korea and London, revealing the cracks in Australia’s efforts to police the cabal along the way.
“Australians will not only see into a world of organized crime and sex trafficking,” McKenzie said, “but into a comprehensive investigative journalism project that has finally exposed government failings that should concern us all.”
Created in collaboration with 60 Minutes, The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald, Revealed: Trafficked exposes a crime that goes unreported.
The film is the latest in a series of original documentaries by Stan.

This powerful feature-length documentary uncovered new details about Frankston’s notorious serial killer, Paul Denyer.
Denyer, 50, who now identifies as a woman, was sentenced to 30 years for the crimes committed in Frankston, 41km from Melbourne’s CBD.
