Chiara previously had a tumultuous relationship with tennis champion Nick Kyrgios, 27.
In February Kyrgios had an assault charge dismissed by a magistrate after pleading guilty to pushing over his ex-girlfriend in 2021.
The tennis star was before the ACT Magistrates Court in Canberra, where an attempt to have the charge of assault on mental health grounds dropped was rejected.
But magistrate Beth Campbell dismissed the charges, accepting that the seriousness of the case was “low” and indicating that Kyrgios was not at risk of recidivism.
The Wimbledon finalist admitted to assaulting her then-girlfriend Passari on January 10, 2021 by pushing her to the ground after a heated argument.

Kyrgios said he was “not in a good place” at the time and that he “reacted to a difficult situation in a way that I deeply regret”.
“I respect today’s ruling and I am grateful to the court for dismissing the charges without conviction,” he said in a statement. “I was not in a good place when this happened and I reacted to a difficult situation in a way that I deeply regret.
“I know it wasn’t okay and I’m really sorry for the pain I caused.
“Mental health is tough. Life can seem overwhelming. But I’ve found that by getting help and working on myself, I feel and am better.”
The 27-year-old world No. 20 was charged with common assault after pushing Passari to the ground during an argument when they went out for dinner in the Canberra suburb of Kingston in December 2021.
Passari did not report the incident until 10 months later, when the couple broke up after getting back together after the incident.
Kyrgios was in an on and off relationship with Chiara before meeting his current girlfriend Costeen Hatzi, whom he has been dating for a year.
