Successor star Nicholas Braun brutally lashes out at The Project after being cut off during an Australian TV interview
Successor Nicholas Braun took a brutal dig at The Project on Tuesday after being cut halfway through his sentence during an interview over the weekend.
The 34-year-old New York native appeared on The Morning Show to promote the latest season of Succession when the hosts brought him to the spot with a sharp remark.
Co-host Kylie Gillies joked that his character Cousin Greg would be a good addition to HBO’s The White Lotus alongside star Jennifer Coolidge.
Braun tried to laugh off her quip when Larry Emdur interjected and asked, “Is this more or just as awkward as The Project interview?”
Nicholas joked that he’s happy to answer their question “as long as I don’t get cut off abruptly.”

Larry then said that the Quentin Tarantino story Nicholas told on The Project when he was cut sounded interesting and Braun said he could finish it.
“Please, no!” Larry joked.
It comes after Braun started a lengthy story about meeting Quentin Tarantino towards the end of his five-minute interview on The Project on Sunday — only to be cut off mid-sentence.
Nicholas explained that he had seen the famed Pulp Fiction director on a plane in 2005, when he was a child star who had just filmed the Disney movie Sky High.
Nicholas joked he’d be happy to answer their question ‘as long as I don’t get cut off abruptly’
“So I saw Quentin and he was in first grade and I walked past him. And when I got to my seat, I thought, ‘I have to do something, I have to say something to Quentin,'” he told the show’s hosts, including Sarah Harris and Hamish Macdonald.
So I tore the [movie] ad from the back of the magazine and I brought it to Quentin and I was like, “Hi Quentin, you don’t know me, but this is me here on this ad”.
At that point, a stressed-sounding Harris interjected, “Look, we’re running out of time.”
“I know, but it’s a very important story,” Nicholas replied, to which an even more exhausted Harris said urgently, “We’ve got to go!” Thank you for joining us.’
Fortunately, Nicholas took it to heart, telling the hosts he looks forward to meeting them in person next time he’s in the country, before the segment ended.

“The movie is about time travel and these kids flying through the time-space continuum in snowsuits…” he continued. At this point a stressed-sounding Harris interjected, “Look, we… We’re running out of time.” Pictured: Sarah Harris and Hamish Macdonald
