NFL star Zac Stacy was sentenced to six months in jail and one year probation by a judge in Orange County, Florida for two separate attacks on his ex-girlfriend in 2021.
The former NFL running back was accused of becoming violent towards Kristin Evans, the mother of his son, in mid-August 2021 when he allegedly got angry over rent money, but at one point Stacy claimed that video of a beating it had been ‘mounted’.
Evans recounted how Stacy physically assaulted her multiple times by hitting her in the legs, slapping her, lifting her by the arms, and throwing her against a window, which broke. He provided photos of her injuries, showing bruises and cuts on her body.
Then, in November 2021, shocking home surveillance footage showed Stacy on multiple cameras punching Evans over the head, hitting her and then slamming her into a television while their month-old son was present and she begged him to stop.
Stacy explained that the attack happened after Evans “provoked” it, because she wanted money from him.

Stacy pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of domestic violence and two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief after reaching a plea bargain with prosecutors. Battery charges dropped with her plea agreement, reports WESH.

On August 16, 2021, Stacy and Evans reportedly got into an argument over rent money, which Stacy was demanding Evans return to her.

But then, on September 26, 2021, Evans called the police again, claiming that Stacy had hit her in the face with a stack of mail while she was holding their baby.
When officers arrived, they found Evans “emotionally distraught with tears in her eyes as she held her baby.”
Photos of the alleged August incident show cuts and bruises all over her body after what she says was an argument over rent money.
“He physically assaulted me multiple times because he wanted the money he gave me back for rent,” she wrote in the restraining order request.
