NFL defense end Robert Quinn has reportedly been charged by South Carolina police after allegedly crashing into several cars and then punching a woman.

Quinn, currently a free agent, turned himself in to authorities on Friday after the alleged incident on Tuesday evening.

Quinn, who signed a $70 million five-year deal in 2020, is accused of hitting four cars, a gate and a lamp post.

The 33-year-old then allegedly hit a Summerville resident after neighbors reported several cars damaged. Some spoke to Quinn, only for him to run away.

“He was very belligerent,” said one resident WCSC. “He kept saying, ‘Oh, don’t worry, I’ll buy you new cars, I’ll buy you a new car, let’s go to the dealer.

“I told him to get off my property and he put his hands on me and hit me not once but twice.”

According to reports, Quinn faces seven charges ranging from third-degree assault and battery to collision with property damage, and four counts of leaving the scene after a traffic incident.

After turning himself in Friday morning, Quinn reportedly attended a hearing at Summerville Municipal Court and received a $155 personal recognition guarantee.

Quinn has spent more than a decade in the NFL, having been drafted by the St. Louis Rams in 2011.
