Not all the action took place in the ring at UFC 299 – with Joe Burrow and Nick Bosa seen taking photos with former President Donald Trump.
Trump, who has been spotted numerous times at UFC events, was greeted by the two NFL stars – one of whom has been an outspoken supporter of him in the past.
All three spoke briefly at ringside before taking a photo, which was posted to Trump adviser Dan Scavino Jr.’s account. was placed.
Bosa has been an outspoken supporter of the former president in the past, tweeting pro-Trump content before being selected second overall by the 49ers in 2019.
Since then, he has toned down his political beliefs more than before he was drafted.

In 2020, Burrow told Bengals senior writer Geoff Hobson, “I don’t like that whole political thing… I’m passionate about what I believe in.
“To me, that’s racial inequality. Socio-economic inequality. For me that is not politics, but human rights.
‘It gives people the same opportunities, regardless of their skin color or social status.’
Burrow has also taken positions in the past on abortion rights, gun control and other social issues.
Not only was the former president present at the event, but his daughter Ivanka Trump was also spotted in the crowd.
