NFL star Will Levis forced to change his phone number after it got leaked to vicious trolls

Tennessee Titans Quarterback Will Levis has been forced to change his phone number to stop trolls from sending him insulting messages about his poor start to the season.

The Titans started 0-2 and the second-year quarterback, who has made 11 NFL appearances, is an easy target for critics.

Things don’t get much easier for Tennessee this week, as they have the NFL’s lowest turnover margin and will face a Green Bay defense that leads the league with six takeaways.

Levis has announced that he has to change his mobile phone number because it has somehow become public.

“What I’m actually doing today is getting a new phone number. I don’t know how my number got out to the fans, but I’ve been getting a lot of text messages,” he said.

“It will be nice to close that part and put it behind me.”

He also indicated that he completely avoids social media.

“I just think this is the healthiest way to go about it,” Levis continued.

“I don’t want to hear what people say about me, and I’m just going to go along with whatever they say. It sucks that the world is the way it is, and I’m looking forward to having some privacy.”

Only Denver’s Bo Nix and the Colts’ Anthony Richardson have more interceptions (four apiece) than Levis, who currently has three interceptions along with five other NFL quarterbacks.

Levis also has both of the Titans’ fumbles. Only Cincinnati has more as a team with three, and Tennessee is tied with Arizona, Minnesota and the Raiders with two.

First-year coach Brian Callahan was caught on camera asking Levis what he was thinking when he uttered a profanity during last week’s fumble against the New York Jets.

The Titans led 7-0 on field goals when Levis went horizontal for the second straight game and attempted to pass the ball to Tyjae Spears.

The last time Levis did that, the ball was intercepted and returned for a pick-6 in the season-opening loss to the Bears.
