Bills linebacker Von Miller has turned himself in after police issued an arrest warrant on allegations that he “wrapped his hands around his pregnant girlfriend's neck, pushed her and pulled her hair.”

a spokesperson for the Dallas County Sheriff's Office said TMZ that the 34-year-old NFL veteran was booked into the Glenn Heights Police Department in Glenn Heights, Texas around 4:00 PM (CT) on Thursday.

He is suspected of assaulting a pregnant woman.

According to documents obtained by several media outlets, police say the incident initially began at Miller's apartment in the Dallas-Forth Worth neighborhood around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday when he and his girlfriend argued about their travel plans for the coming weekend.

The woman became upset during the altercation, left the bedroom and walked into the home's office, slamming the door behind her, the documents further say. Then Miller became “visibly angry.”

Authorities then say in the documents that Miller managed to enter the office room and demanded that his girlfriend leave the apartment.

According to the documents, the woman said she complied with his request but wanted to take some of her belongings, such as a laptop and some cell phones, before leaving the residence because “they both lived together in the residence.” unit.'

However, that's when Miller reportedly turned to violence.

Officials say in their report that the victim alleged the Bills player walked up to her while she was still gathering her belongings before repeatedly pushing and shoving her.

“While the altercation was going on,” officers wrote in the warrant, “Miller's girlfriend” continued to yell, “Stop, I'm pregnant.”

She further told authorities that Miller eventually pushed her into a chair, then placed a hand on her and applied pressure to her neck “for 3 to 5 seconds before letting go.”

The woman reported the pain to police but had “no difficulty breathing,” according to documents obtained by TMZ stands.

Miller then allegedly threw his girlfriend's laptop at the group before stomping on it.

Officials say in their report that when the woman went to get her personal device, Miller walked up to her and “pulled her hair, ultimately causing her to pull out a piece of hair and fall to the ground.”

The woman also told police that she was later pushed onto a couch by Miller before he “applied pressure on her neck with both hands, again causing pain but no difficulty breathing,” the documents said.

“When (the woman) stood up, she stated to (Miller) that she was going to call the police, which resulted in (Miller) leaving the residence,” officials said in their report on what is considered a domestic violence incident.

According to the arrest warrant, the woman, who claims to be six weeks pregnant, had abrasions on her left hand and bruises on her neck, abdomen and left bicep when authorities arrived on the scene.

Miller – a native of the Dallas-Forth Worth area – signed with the Bills last year after finding success with the Denver Broncos and LA Rams.

He hasn't played as much as he would have liked this season, despite playing well in the Bills' last season, as he continues to return somewhat from an ACL injury. Miller is also a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Rams (2021) and Broncos (2015).
