NFL star Tank Dell has been filmed working out just three weeks after he was shot in a crowded Florida nightclub.
The 24-year-old Houston Texans wide receiver was one of 10 people injured at Cabana Live in Sanford on April 27.
More than 200 people were in the restaurant when a 16-year-old opened fire after an altercation, followed by an unknown man who also opened fire.
The gunfight could have been much worse had it not been for an unnamed security guard who tackled the 16-year-old gunman.
Dell, from the nearby Daytona Beach area, was in the middle of it. He was treated for a ‘minor wound’ and quickly released from hospital.

And now he appears to be almost completely healthy, as he shared a video of himself working out on Saturday.
The speedster showed off his explosive speed by running across the field of an indoor facility and catching a deep ball thrown by a training partner.
Earlier this month, Texas owner Cal McNair said Dell will “make a full recovery.”
Speaking before the team’s annual charity golf classic, McNair called the situation “frightening” before providing an update on Dell.
“It looks like Tank will make a full recovery,” he said. ‘We saw him at the office the other day and he looked good and cheerful. But he will have to recuperate and get back to where he was.”
Coach DeMeco Ryans was coy when asked about Dell, declining to answer directly when asked if he expected him to be ready for Week 1. “Tank should be fine,” he said.

Ryans said he has spoken with Dell several times since the shooting and they had a “good conversation.”
When Ryans was later asked again if he would miss practice time, he was again deferred.
“I answered all that about Tank; he’ll be fine,” Ryans said.
Dell was drafted in the third round in 2023 after a standout career at the University of Houston. He had 709 yards receiving and set a franchise rookie record with seven touchdown receptions last season before breaking his left fibula in December.
Ryans said in April that Dell had recovered from that injury and would be ready to practice if the team started training before he was injured in the shooting.
