A sideline worker suffered a suspected broken leg after a horrific collision with New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara on Sunday.

Midway through the second quarter of their game against the Detroit Lions, Kamara ran to her left and evaded one tackle before being pushed out of the game.

As he fell to the ground near the sideline, he rolled over and took out a member of the game crew who was moving the chains across the field.

The footage was taken from close range and showed the crew member's leg bent in an unnatural position. He also rolled on the ground and screamed in pain.

The crew member was then loaded onto a board and taken for medical treatment.
