Top offensive line prospect Wanya Morris suffered a strained right hamstring while running a 40-yard dash on the final day of the NFL Combine in Indianapolis.
Morris, a former Oklahoma Sooners right tackle, was sprinting for his 40th second when his right hamstring gave out around the 35-yard line.
Before the finish, Morris began to limp and hold on to the point of origin before collapsing in pain once he was through the gate.
Morris continued to writhe in pain as he lay face up on the grass, clutching his hamstring.
Despite the unfortunate injury, he managed to impressively improve on his unofficial starting time of 5.19 by 0.8 seconds (5.11).

Named for the Boyz II Men singer, Morris told NFL Network’s Stacey Dales that he had a hamstring injury but was hopeful that he would be ready for Oklahoma’s pro day on March 30.
“He told me he lunged, he took a step in his stride and his right hamstring snapped on him,” Dales said on the air.
‘He just got out of medicine, I just talked to him. He thinks he’ll be able to go to his Pro Day in OU, but he didn’t really know how bad he was. He still had a smile on his face.
The 6-foot-5, 307-pound player began his college career in Tennessee after turning down offers from Alabama, LSU, Georgia and Clemson, among others.
After two seasons with the Volunteers, Morris transferred to Oklahoma.
Morris opted out of the Cheez-It Bowl and was named by the AP as a second-team All-Big 12 selection.
The six-foot-five, 307-pound man collapsed on the grass, writhing in pain after the brutal injury.
