Philadelphia Eagles sign free agent defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh as they bolster defensive depth ahead of playoff push
It seems the rich are only getting richer after Philadelphia enlisted another defensive weapon for its 8-1 squad.
Just a day after signing veteran defensive tackle Linval Joseph, the Eagles made an even bigger move, retaining free agent Ndamukong Suh.
The nose tackle will be a huge addition up front for a Philadelphia defense that was mauled for 152 rushing yards on Monday in their first loss of the season.

Suh has been a free agent since the NFL offseason after three seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
According to multiple reports, he signed a one-year contract with the NFC leaders. Joseph and Suh are necessary additions to a messed up Eagles front.
Star rookie Jordan Davis and Marlon Tuipulotu are currently on injured reserve following a high ankle sprain and knee injury respectively.
Suh was second overall by the Detroit Lions in the 2010 NFL Draft. During his 12 years in the league, he played for the Lions, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams and the Bucs.

After several months in the NFL wilderness, Suh will likely debut for the Eagles this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.
Throughout his career, Suh has 70.5 sacks and 130 tackles for loss. He’s now part of another terrifying front and will likely add a handful to both scores for the rest of this season.
