NFL kicker Greg Zuerlein has warm-up hilariously interrupted by opponents’ cheerleaders
New York Jets kicker Greg Zuerlein was hilariously interrupted by rival cheerleaders on Sunday.
Zuerlein went through his usual pre-game routine on the field before the Jets played the Minnesota Vikings in London.
But as he was setting up a field goal attempt, the Vikings cheerleaders came toward him during their own routine.
With little attention to Zuerlein’s preparations, the cheerleaders formed two lines around the kicker and continued to perform.
Not wanting to have his warm-up interrupted, Zuerlein decided to go ahead and kick the field goal between the rows of cheerleaders.

Some fans accused the Vikings of deliberately instructing their cheerleaders to perform around the kicker.
One posted on X: ‘Even the cheerleaders get in on the main games.’
Another commented, “Minnesota is playing chess there.”
It marked an eventful warm-up for Zuerlein, after he also nearly wiped out an opponent.
Zuerlein also nearly knocked out Minnesota Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson during his warm-up
While practicing, Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson caught passes.
As Jefferson ran forward from behind Zuerlein to catch a ball, the kicker swung his leg.
Jefferson managed to jump out of the way and avoid a completely unintentional injury.
The Jets re-signed kicker Greg Zuerlein to a two-year contract in March. It was said to be worth $8.4 million with $4.2 million guaranteed.
