NFL fans fear for Tua Tagovailoa as he risks another concussion
NFL fans are concerned about Dolphins star Tua Tagovailoa’s recent concussion after he was involved in a dangerous play on Monday Night Football.
In Week 2 of this season, Tagovailoa suffered a concussion in Miami’s 31-10 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
On Monday night, the Alabama product prepared for his third game as the Dolphins took on the LA Rams. In the first half of the game, Tagovailoa dove down to stop LA’s Christian Rozeboom.
To secure the tackle, Tagovailoa appeared to take a knee to the head, sparking outrage on social media.
“Another concussion, this will never end with Tua, with this concussion it’s painful,” one user wrote.

Another user wrote, “bros addicted to CTE,” while a third echoed the sentiments, writing, “Dude is addicted to getting concussions.”
‘No. That’s why, as a fan of the team and him, I want them to find another option for the next draft,” a fourth chimed in. “It’s a ticking time bomb about when the next concussion will derail him.”
“Well he’s lost a few brain cells in the past,” a fifth joked.
“The fact that Tua finds new ways to concusse every few weeks is truly beyond science,” a sixth commented.

The Hawaiian star’s first head injury was a Grade 1 concussion that occurred in September 2022 against the Bengals. In December of that year, Tagovailoa suffered a grade 3 concussion, sidelining him for the rest of the season.
Many urged Tagovailoa to retire following his injury earlier this season. However, the fifth overall pick in 2020 returned in a loss to Arizona on October 27.
The quarterback also prepared for another loss against Buffalo on November 3.
Miami entered Monday’s game with a 2-6 record as they hope to snap a three-game skid.
