NFL fans claim Anthony Richardson is turning into a ‘bust’ after he threw ‘worst interception of the year’

Fans are divided over the future of Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson after he threw what qualifies as the worst interception of the year against the Bears.

The Colts secured the win with a 21-16 victory over Chicago, but sophomore QB Richardson caused a stir when he followed a pass 50 yards with a remarkable short-range interception.

Fans were stunned by the throw, with many calling him a bust after a rough start to the year. He was the center of the team twice early in the year, and even in the Colts’ win, he still produced some concerning moments.

Former player and now analyst Emmanuel Acho wrote on social media: ‘Anthony Richardson is going to take years off the Colts fans’ lives.

“Look at these two plays. How on earth can these two plays take place with only seconds between them. HOW?! I would be furious as a fan.”
