NFL Draft 2023 guide: Where can I watch? Who’s set to be the No. 1 pick?

The 2023 NFL Draft marks another moment for fans to witness a potentially franchise-changing moment — and it begins Thursday night.

Union Station in downtown Kansas City, MO. will host the three-day event that runs through Saturday.

The league has built the largest stage complex ever for its second-largest event after the Super Bowl, which serves as the anchor for a three-day spectacle expected to draw more than 100,000 people.

At the end of the first round on Thursday night, Grammy-nominated rock band Fall Out Boy take the stage for a concert. Motley Crue and Thundercat will perform on subsequent nights.

Nearby, Travis Kelce hosts his own music festival at the Azura Amphitheater on Friday nights.

WHO HAS THE NO. 1 CHOICE?

Carolina has the first pick in the Draft after agreeing to a blockbuster trade with the Chicago Bears last month.

Chicago moved back to No. 9 as a result, also receiving No. 61, a 2024 first-round pick, and a 2025 second-round pick, as well as star wide receiver DJ Moore.

The Panthers are now ready to take what they hope to be, their quarterback of the future with the first pick Thursday night.

WHO IS GENERALLY TAKEN FIRST?

While you never know for sure who will be taken where, multiple reports suggest Alabama’s Bryce Young will take first overall.

Ohio State quarterback CJ Stroud was favored at one point to go to Charlotte before his chances dropped dramatically in Vegas.

There are concerns among several scouts and media personalities about Young’s 5-foot-10 stature. He joked about it with reporters on Wednesday, insisting he “can’t get any bigger.”

WHY ARE THERE 31 PICKS IN THE FIRST ROUND?

The Miami Dolphins were stripped of a first-rounder after an NFL investigation found them in violation of the league’s anti-tampering policy.

The franchise was found to have engaged in “unauthorized communication” between 2019 and 2022 with Brady and current Denver Broncos coach Sean Payton.

As for Brady, the talks reportedly centered on talks about the future Hall of Famer becoming a limited partner of the team.
