The NFL has officially announced that they will be releasing this year’s full schedule on Thursday, May 11 at 8 p.m.
It was also announced that this year’s schedule would have several changes from previous years, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
“NFL is having a Black Friday game for the first time ever. Games don’t necessarily ‘belong’ to networks anymore. All games are free agents. Teams can be on Thursday Night Football twice. Not all teams are guaranteed a primetime spot.’
It had been previously announced which teams it would face, but fans kept clamoring when they would play against whom.
This time of year has been dubbed the Super Bowl for social media teams to see who can create the most creative video for their team’s schedule.
