The TV presenter (34), who married Calvin Harris last month, wore a blue Jean Paul Gaultier dress, which had a print of a naked female body on the front.
She lifted her height in a pair of white heels, while her long raven hair was styled in natural curls.
This year the Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards, powered by Jaguar, will be hosted by Alan Carr and Amanda Holden.
This is the 12th time the awards have been held to honor those in the LGBTQ+ community and allies who support it.

The winners’ identities remain a closely guarded secret until the big night and will be announced in the following morning’s edition of the Attitude Awards.
As well as honoring those within the community, guests will also enjoy a range of stunning live performances throughout the evening.
After the ceremony, they will dance the night away into the wee hours at an exclusive after-party for attendees.
Vicki’s wedding band was layered with her engagement ring from which Calvin proposed under a tree at his 138-acre Ibiza farm, Terra Masia.
Although she kept the details of her engagement under wraps, she said it was a “very special moment” and “it was… perfect.”
Insiders revealed: “Although it’s a stunning ring and extremely expensive, the couple are not going for a flashy or expensive wedding.
“The extravagance of the rock will overshadow how much they will spend on the big day itself, as they want it to be low-key and simple with only a core of close friends and family in attendance.”
Vic and Calvin went on honeymoon earlier this month, where they were spotted boarding a £25m private jet as they flew to Brindisi in Italy.
The chart-topping DJ and BBC radio host tied the knot in a lavish Glastonbury-themed wedding on Saturday, September 9.
The couple have yet to officially release any pictures from their big day, but photos from the morning after the wedding show a glimpse of the luxurious and colorful venue.

The incredible event saw white teepees dotted around the grounds alongside 80 lavish tents where guests stayed overnight.
Food stalls were set up for the after party, with one for pizza, one for burgers and a Nigerian stall, as Vick is half Nigerian on her mother’s side.
Calvin and Vic partied with their famous friends including Big Brother host AJ Odudu and BBC radio DJs Vernon Kaye and Scott Mills and Vic’s Radio 1 co-host Jordan North.
Laminated signs placed around the grounds directed guests where to go, while one declared that mobile phones were strictly prohibited to ensure the couple’s privacy.
Nile Rodgers and Chic, who were flown in from the US, performed to a raucous reception, with their gear still left out.
