Newcastle United are in the race for the signature of Tosin Adarabioyo, but the Fulham defender is yet to commit to a new club.

Adarabioyo is out of contract this summer and has informed Fulham that he will not sign a new contract with them.

He was subsequently left out of the squad for last weekend’s clash with Crystal Palace and is also expected to be left out of their final three Premier League squads.

The 26-year-old was open to staying at Craven Cottage, but all parties were unable to find common ground for a new agreement.

His age and experience in the Premier League make him an attractive option for a number of clubs conscious of working within the rules for profit and sustainability. Newcastle, AC Milan, Manchester United and Liverpool, among others, have recently shown interest.
