Newcastle could sell an exciting young winger to meet Premier League profit and sustainability rules, according to a report.
The Magpies may have to sell players if they want to buy this summer, with a number of their stars including Anthony Gordon and Alexander Isak linked with a move away.
One of their players, who only arrived last summer for £6.5 million, could offer an opportunity to secure some profits for the club, although reports suggest they are reluctant to part ways.
The 19-year-old was loaned out immediately after joining from the Odense Boldklub club in Denmark, where he spent a season with Feyenoord in the Eredivisie under new Liverpool manager Arne Slot.
The man in question is Yankuba Minteh, who according to The Telegraphwould now demand a fee of around £40 million, with the Reds interested in his services.

Minteh scored 11 goals in 33 games in the Netherlands last season, impressing Slot, who could push for the Gambia international to join him at Anfield this summer.
Reports suggest the 45-year-old believes the wide man has the potential to become one of the best young strikers in Europe, and he was full of praise for him during their partnership.
“Our scouts were also impressed by his year at Odense,” Slot said about Minteh in October. ‘Then (Feyenoord general manager) Dennis te Kloese came to the technical staff.
‘Minteh went to Newcastle United and the English were looking for a club to loan him to. That’s how he came to us.
‘He certainly has no shortage of self-confidence. His willingness to give everything is enormous. When we see his stats, it’s really impressive. Minteh runs more sprint meters against Ajax in one hour than many other boys do in two games.
‘He’s incredibly fast. And he wants it so bad.’
Minteh was signed by Dan Ashworth and Newcastle could earn a handsome profit of over £33 million if they received their asking price of £40 million.
However, it is not just Liverpool who are interested in his services. Reports suggest that if the Reds are to make a move, they will have to fend off interest from clubs in Italy and Germany.

His potential departure would mean it would be easier for Newcastle to keep hold of the likes of Bruno Guimaraes (pictured)
Newcastle would seemingly prefer to keep hold of their man, but know they may have to offload players, and their desire to sign a new right-sided striker means there could be a chance for the teenager to leave.
His departure would mean it would be easier to keep players like Gordon and Isak, while Bruno Guimaraes continues to be linked with a move away.
The Brazilian star has a £100million buyout clause in his contract, valid until the end of June, and has said his future is ‘in God’s hands’.
