A New York content creator and entrepreneur revealed the heartwarming and heartwarming advice he received from people in their 90s before his 32nd birthday.
sahil flowerwho has more than 830,000 followers, shared the advice in a Twitter thread after asking “several 90-year-olds what advice they would give themselves at 32” in the month before her birthday.
The series of tweets sparked a healthy reaction from Twitter users who described the thread as “incredible” and “beautiful.”
‘Today is my 32nd birthday. Over the past month, I’ve asked a number of 90-year-olds what advice they would give themselves at 32. This is life advice everyone needs to hear,” Sahil wrote.

The list starts with ‘Once in a while, break out the fancy china and drink the good wine for no reason’ and ‘Dance at weddings until your feet hurt’.
Then the next couple of items include ‘Tell your partner you love them every night before you go to sleep’. Someday you’ll find the other side of the bed empty and wish you could’ and ‘Don’t be afraid of sadness as it tends to sit right next to love’.
Number five on the list was ‘Treat your body like a house you have to live in for another 70 years,’ followed by number six: ‘Never raise your voice except at a ball game.’
In all, Sahil lists 40 tips.
As of this writing, his first tweet has been viewed more than 19 million times and liked some 120,000 times since it was posted on Thursday.

The 32-year-old also shared some details about men in their 90s whom he asked for advice and encouraged others to do the same.
‘Ask your elderly loved ones the question and see what they say! Wisdom of years and years of life,’ she tweeted herself along with some photos of her interview subjects.
After sharing his ideas, Sahil, 32, encouraged others to do the same.
In another tweet, he said he had “received hundreds of direct messages and emails about the beautiful moments with loved ones that this thread spawned.”

One of the participants was Hank, a 95-year-old friend of Sahil’s family.
