New video shows Maryland cop with mistress Virginia Pinto before infamous clip that led to his suspension and Facebook war

The cheating Maryland police officer, who was infamously caught Monday trying to rendezvous with his mistress while on duty, was caught once before with the same woman jumping into the back of his cruiser, his bosses confirmed in a statement.

In the most recent press release, a spokesperson for the Prince George’s County Police Department said, “The department is aware of two videos involving Corporal Francesco Marlett and an adult female.”

The internal affairs department has opened an investigation into Marlett and placed him on paid leave.

This comes after Marlett’s mistress, Virginia Pinto, said in an interview that she “did nothing wrong” by continuing her affair with the disgraced cop. She was previously called out on Facebook by the officer’s wife, Paula Marlett, who told her estranged husband’s lover to “rot in hell, b****.”

The new video shows Pinto identified by a CBS affiliate WUSAWalking confidently across the cruiser, she runs back to her own car to collect them before running back to the police car and getting into the backseat.

“I know that the actions of the officer seen in these videos have generated a range of emotions in the community and cast a negative spotlight on this service and the many hard-working women and men who wear our uniform,” said Chief. Malik Aziz in his most recent statement.

“I expect every officer to conduct himself in a manner that will not dishonor this service or this province. I assure the residents of Prince George’s County that I take this matter extremely seriously,” the chief added.

Pinto, who is black like Paula, said she has a thing for white men. Her son’s father is also white, she said the New York Post in a recent interview.

The mistress, a US Army veteran, said she had been carrying on her affair with Marlett for about two years and his wife was fully aware of it.

‘What’s so exciting? He’s a cop. I am a citizen. We’re caught. It sucks, but this will pass,” she said.

‘I live my life. I have children. I am sure that as you know I have a 15 year old autistic boy. His father was white. I think I have a thing for white people.’

In the original viral clip, Pinto and Marlett are seen in a passionate embrace in front of his cruiser, which was parked near Oxon Hill High School, close to the Virginia border.

The pair climbed into the backseat of the car and remained there for forty minutes before departing separately.

Pinto insisted she had nothing to be ashamed of. “I didn’t do anything wrong in my head,” she said. “I’m going to get on with my life, doing what I’m doing.

“In my heart, in his heart, I know I did nothing. He knows. Paula knows. I didn’t do anything wrong. God is my higher power.’

She admitted the romp “looked bad,” but insisted they were in a relationship and it wasn’t an affair.

“That’s the main story: that this is no small thing,” she said. ‘Because he’s a police officer, it obviously looks bad. But I just want people to understand that this wasn’t a one-night stand.”

Marlett’s wife accused Pinto of being a home burglar on Facebook, but Pinto told the Post on Wednesday that her lover’s marriage was not a happy one.

On Facebook, Pinto claimed Marlett’s wife was also cheating, but she told The New York Post she would not discuss her accusation.

“I’m not going to tell you, come on. I can’t tell you that,’ she said. “There is no villain in all of this. We’re all the bad guys, I guess.

“From what I read in the reports, he would have been suspended in May for domestic violence.

“That should show there — ding-ding-ding-ding-ding — maybe something isn’t great in the relationship.

“Now people will understand and see that no marriage is perfect. He happens to be a police officer.’

Paula said in a text message that her husband’s mistress was “easy” but admitted their marriage was in trouble.

“Looks like Virginia has a mouthful to say about me when her husband left her dirty ass because she can’t stop cheating and throwing herself into other people’s business,” she texted. ‘My husband used her for sex because she was easy.

“He made broken promises to her so she’d give him p****. She’s easy. I never marketed our marriage because like all marriages we hit a rough patch. We’ll all get through it eventually.’

Marlett received a Bronze Medal of Valor from the Prince George County Police Department in 2021 – meaning the officer would have put himself at ‘unusual personal risk’.

It’s unclear what Marlett did to get the medal in 2021, but the officer has since been suspended — his third suspension from the force.

The first suspension came in 2016, when he was suspended without pay after being accused of child abuse.

He was accused of knocking his then-girlfriend’s three-year-old boy unconscious while off duty at his home in December 2015.

Prosecutors at the time alleged that on Dec. 27, he watched his girlfriend’s three-year-old son while she was preparing dinner and began beating her son after he defiled the bed.

While beating the child, the boy’s head hit the wall and he lost consciousness, prosecutors claimed.

Angela D. Alsobrooks, then-Prince George’s County District Attorney, said in the statement at the time, “There is no excuse for Officer Marlett’s actions.”

“Whatever happened, beating a defenseless child and causing injuries like this is never acceptable.”

Marlett, who has been on the force for ten years, dropped the charges and dropped them, allowing him to return to work with the Bureau of Patrol.

The disgraced officer was suspended for a month in May 2023 after being charged with domestic violence, but returned to service in June.

PGPD said in a statement on Tuesday: “The agent has been identified. His police powers have now been suspended as the investigation continues.”

“As soon as we became aware of this earlier today, we have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances.

“Additional information will be released once it has been investigated and confirmed.”

His latest suspension comes after the shocking video showed the uniformed officer kissing his scantily clad mistress in a park and then climbing into the back of his cruiser with her.

According to witnesses, the officer himself got into the back of the cruiser before emerging 40 minutes later

The video first shows the couple kissing, while the woman touches the officer’s head. The woman then walks to the back of the car, with the officer’s arm around her.

DailyMail.com was unable to contact Marlett for comment on the investigation and suspension.

Prince George’s County Police Union boss Angelo Consoli confirmed that the union was aware of the video and that police are investigating.

“We support our agents during any investigation and ask people to reserve their judgment until the facts come to light,” Consoli said. “At that time we will reevaluate our position.”

Nelson Ochoa told WRC-TV that he filmed the now-viral video on Labor Day when he was playing soccer with his family at Southlawn Park in Oxon Hill.

“As soon as I started recording, a car stopped and a young lady came out,” Ochoa said.

“We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, and what really made us think, ‘Wow, this is crazy,’ was when the car started rocking a little bit to the left and right.

“Then we thought, this is crazy. In broad daylight with children around.’

Ochoa said Marlett and the woman drove off in opposite directions about 40 minutes after the connection began.

“I’m glad I captured it on camera so Prince George can see what kind of cops they have in front of them and supposedly protecting the community,” he said.
