A new slasher film is coming soon about two young women on the run from a bloodthirsty intruder at the height of the pandemic.
Peacock has released the trailer for Sick, a film that follows best friends Parker (Gideon Adlon) and Miri (Bethlehem Million) quarantining in a lake house miles away from anyone.
Everything seems to be going well for the friends until a murderer enters the facility.

The trailer begins with the young women traveling to a lake house in April 2020 as they prepare to isolate themselves away from society.
It’s all ours! The only neighbor is miles away! one of the girls gushes as they excitedly arrive at the cabin.
The trailer shows flashbacks to the quarantine as the girls travel to the lake house wearing face masks before disinfecting the residence upon arrival.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t take long for a shady intruder to interrupt their idyllic getaway.
Chilling: Thus begins a night of terror as the killer chases the women throughout the house.
Fight for their lives: everything seems to be going well for the friends until a murderer enters the facility.
As the girls sunbathe by the lake, they receive a mysterious and creepy text from someone they don’t know.
“Jumping into the water is fine.” Who is it?’ Miri says as she reads the text out loud.
“I don’t know,” Parker replies.
Horrible: Women try to flee from the murderous villain
Safety First: The trailer opens with the masked women traveling to the lake house.
Wow! The young women marvel at their impressive cabin.
‘That’s creepy, Parker!’ Miri responds.
Things get worse when the intruder stabs one of the women in her sleep.
Thus begins a terrifying evening as the killer chases the women through the house.

Unknown Caller – As the girls sunbathe by the lake, they receive a mysterious and creepy text from someone they don’t know.
The trailer ends on a hysterical note as a bloodied Parker tries to seek help from a woman driving nearby on the rampage.
As the intruder slowly approaches, Parker begs the woman to open her car door.
Hilariously, the woman hesitates, putting on her mask and asking Parker if she covers her face too.
‘That’s creepy, Parker!’ Miri says after receiving the text.

‘Oh Lord! Only a moment!’ the woman says as Parker approaches her window. She then places a blue surgical mask over her face.
‘Unlock the door!’ Parker yells.
‘Do you have a mask?’ the woman asks before denying Parker entry. ‘I can’t let you in, it’s not safe!’
An incredulous Parker yells ‘Are you kidding, lady please!’
Sick will debut on Peacock on January 13, 2023.
