A man was stabbed in the neck in an upscale Queensland suburb and rushed to hospital.
Queensland Police were called to a Heal Street address in New Farm, Brisbane, at around 7.30pm to reports a man, 44, had suffered stab wounds to his neck.
The man was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A crime scene has been declared at the property and investigations are underway into the circumstances of the incident.
The researchers are calling on anyone who may have seen something suspicious, or has camera images or a dashcam, to come forward.
