Netflix’s Sex/Life star Sarah Shahi spills about about relationship with co-star Adam Demos

Netflix’s Sex/Life star Sarah Shahi has spilled over her relationship with co-star turned lover Adam Demos in a stunning new photoshoot and interview.

The 42-year-old Persian-American actress and former model, who starred as Billie Connelly in the hit drama, always looked the fashionista in the new snaps.

She said New beauty magazine about what it’s like to work with a significant other – whom she met on the set of Sex/Life.

Sarah said, “I’d much rather work with him than not – our schedule is so grueling we’d never see each other otherwise.

“To at least be able to be in his space when we’re on set… that’s better than not having it – what we’re doing, it’s so strange to the outside world, which I understand.

“Having someone inside that you can feel sorry for or vent your heart to is pretty handy.”

Sarah posed for the publication in a variety of high-fashion outfits, including a figure-hugging floral print dress, and showed off her slender frame.

Another shows her in a silky satin wrap dress, while in another photo she donned low-rise jeans and a quirky denim jacket for a shirt.

The actress divorced her Shameless actor husband Steve Howey in May 2020 after 11 years of marriage and three children together.

“After much thought and consideration, we have decided to end our marriage,” the couple said in a statement. “We are so grateful for the past 10 years together and proud of our children we have raised.

“As we enter this new phase of our lives, our priority remains co-parenting our children with such love, mutual respect and friendship. And although our relationship is changing, we are determined to continue our lives as a loving family.”

In her filing, Shahi named April 14 as their official date of separation and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind the split, according to Us Weekly.

Howey, 42, and Shahi tied the knot in Las Vegas in February 2009 after a two-year engagement.

Five months after saying “I do,” the couple welcomed son William, followed by twins Violet and Knox in 2015.

Shooting for the first season started in August 2020 – when Sarah met co-star Adam Demos, 37.

And in June 2021, the 36-year-old Australian actor confirmed that the sexual chemistry between him and the show’s lead actress Sarah Shahi wasn’t just acting, as the duo fell in love in real life while filming in Toronto.

Confirming his relationship with The Daily Telegraph, the 35-year-old humbly admitted: “What I will say and I am always happy to say is that I am a happy man and they are happy days.”

Sarah also talked about their romance in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, where she said, “It was a great casting, I’ll put it this way.

“Without sharing too many details, because there is a part of my relationship that I protect and that is just for me and him, I am very grateful to have met him.

“He is without a doubt one of the best people I’ve ever met, and I’m grateful to be able to experience this ride in general, but to be able to share it with him is also special.”

Sex/Life is based on BB Easton’s novel, 44 Chapters About 4 Men.

The plot is based on a suburban mother of two, Billie (Sarah), who is embroiled in a love triangle with husband Cooper (Mike Vogel) and an old flame from her past, Brad (Adam).

In her recent interview with New Beauty magazine, the star spoke about her latest role alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson” in DC Comic’s Black Adam, which was released last week. She stars as Isis, a superheroine.

Sarah gives fans a glimpse of the new season of Sex/Life, which has yet to release a release date, and teases that it will be “fun” and “this year will be different.”
