The first season of The Night Agent was the most watched Netflix show of early 2023, according to new figures from the streaming giant.
Netflix shared the comprehensive ratings list on its website for the first time on Tuesday, showing how many hours each show was watched between January and June 2023. It's part of a semi-annual report from the company.
The first season of The Night Agent, which was released on March 23, was watched 812 million hours in just over three months. The second season of Ginny & Georgia was the second most watched season, with 665 million hours watched six months after its release.
The first season, which was released in February 2021, had an additional 302 million hours in 2023.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's unprecedented six-part documentary series about their departure from royal life was watched for a total of 62 million hours.
To put the numbers in context, 60 million hours watched is the equivalent of 1 million people watching an hour-long episode once.

Netflix's engagement report included more than 18,000 titles representing 99 percent of all options on the platform, with a total of nearly 100 billion hours watched between January and June.
The Night Agent was by far the most successful with 22 percent more views than the second-place program.
The Gory came in third with 622 million viewing hours.
The first season of the comedy-horror show Wednesday, which was released in November 2022, racked up 508 million hours watched, with Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story racking up 503 million total hours.
You: Season 4, La Reina del Sur: Season 3, and Outer Banks: Season 3 had 441 million hours, 430 million hours, and 403 million hours watched, respectively.
The first season of Ginny & Georgia had 302 million hours watched, and FUBAR: Season 1 rounded out the top 10 with 266 million hours watched.

Other popular shows in the report included Emily in Paris: Season 3, which was watched 161 million hours, Black Mirror: Season 6, which was watched 140 million hours, and Stranger Things 4 was watched 134 million hours.
Reality dating show Love Is Blind: Season 4 was near the top of the list with 230 million hours watched – while the first three seasons had a combined 11 million hours watched.
There were almost 4,000 shows from different countries at the bottom of the list with only 100,000 hours watched.
Netflix emphasized that the number of hours watched does not determine the success of a series.
“Success on Netflix comes in all shapes and sizes, and is not solely determined by hours of viewing,” the report said.
'We have hugely successful films and TV shows with both lower and higher viewing hours.

The streaming giant has announced that it will publish its ratings for almost all of its shows twice a year, a move it says is a “major step forward for Netflix and our industry.”
It added: 'We believe the viewing information in this report – combined with our weekly Top 10 and Most Popular lists – will give creators and our industry deeper insights into our audiences, and what resonates with them.'
