Another said that ‘Accused’ on Netflix is actually 10/10, tense but so gripping and the reality of it is so important.

Someone else said they ‘still feel anxious’ after watching, adding: ‘If there’s anything good to watch, I just watched Accused on Netflix.

The tense and gripping thriller was directed by Philip Barantini, best known for his one-shot feature Boiling Point, starring Stephen Graham.
Fans will recognize ‘Accused’ star Chaneil Kular from Netflix’s Sex Education, where he plays high school student Anwar Bakshi, after making his debut as Tariq Amiri in the BBC series Doctors.

The actor tweeted the trailer when the film was released on September 21, writing: ‘Accused now on @NetflixUK!!

A day later, he posted an update that the film had reached number one of the top 10 films on Netflix that day.
Fans replied: ‘You were brilliant’, ‘absolutely stunning’ and ‘amazing performance’.
