Neelam Gill flaunts her toned abs in a stylish white co-ord as she joins chic Mia Regan at Missoma bash

Neelam Gill flaunted her toned abs as she enjoyed a night out at the launch of the Missoma AV23 glamor collection at the NoMad Hotel in London on Wednesday.

The model, 28, opted for a skimpy boucle top that featured a black polka dot design that showed off her gym figure.

The midriff-baring number was teamed with a matching high-waisted midi skirt and simple white heels to enhance her height.

She completed her look perfectly with a shiny black bag and a gold chain necklace.

Also at the party was Romeo Beckham’s model Mia Regan, 20, who cut a chic figure in a black off-the-shoulder top.

Emma Appleton, Naomi Ogawa and Corinna Brown were also present at the star-studded party.

Neelam was recently linked to actor Leonardo DiCaprio after they spent time together on his yacht over the summer.

But in July, the model rubbished the romance rumours, telling followers on Instagram: ‘Just to clear up all the rumours… I’m not Leonardo DiCaprio’s new flame.

“Actually, I’m in a committed relationship with a good friend of his, and have been for many months.

“The only reason we’re shown in the same vicinity is because I was there with my partner.” I hope this clears up any false stories.’

A source told MailOnline that Neelam is dating Leo’s best friend and confirmed: “They are not together and never have been”.

In 2019, Neelam revealed the shocking racism she was exposed to while growing up in Coventry.

She recalled how it was a daily occurrence when she was called ‘f***’ on the way to school, which made her hate the color of her skin.

The activist, who was one of the first British Asian women to be the face of a major campaign when she was chosen as the face of Burberry in 2014, also called on the fashion industry to stop using ethnic minority models as “pictorial” faces.

In a candid interview with Stylist, Neelam said, “I remember being a kid and walking to school and someone yelling ‘Paki’ through the window. It was so normal.’

She added: ‘I would get comments like, ‘does your dad own a corner store?’ or ‘Is he a taxi driver?’ That makes me very angry. I could never imagine doing that to someone. It’s not something I would stand for now and I’m very open about it now.

“When I was younger, I was very insecure and I didn’t think I was beautiful because I thought being fair was what made you beautiful. I would always hate the color of my skin.’

Acknowledging that there has been a shift in the representation of ethnic minorities in the fashion industry, Neelam argued that more needs to be done.

The model revealed how many brands used minority models “just to cover their backs” and even talked about how her model friends lost their jobs because the designers “already had a black girl in the show.”

Neelam rose to prominence after debuting for none other than Fashion Week favorite Burberry, after being scouted at the tender age of 14, and credits them with making her famous.
