West Ham assistant manager Kevin Nolan was angrily confronted by Brentford star Neal Maupay at the London Stadium at half-time.
Maupay was approached by Nolan as the teams started the second half, with West Ham leading 2-1 in Monday night’s Premier League match.
According to Sky Sports commentator Gary Neville, Nolan had reportedly been outside referee Simon Hooper’s room at half-time.
Nolan was reportedly angry with Maupay as the dispute continued throughout.
“There was quite a bit going on at half-time when the players came back from the tunnel,” Marcel said.

‘We believe Brentford striker Neal Maupay was standing outside the referee’s room and Kevin Nolan (West Ham first-team coach) took offense to that.
“It doesn’t look like he’s calmed down either.”
