Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson were transported to the swinging sixties last week when they were spotted filming for the new Doctor Who series in Newport, Wales.
The pair – who play The Doctor and his new sidekick Ruby – were spotted donning vintage outfits for movie day.
Ncuti, who plays the latest incarnation of The Doctor, looked suave in a blue pinstripe suit that he wore with a white shirt and pale green tie.
He wore his hair in a typical 1960s afro style with sideburns running down his cheeks.
Millie wore a black mini dress with a white vintage collar and matching cuffs as she posed alongside her co-star.

The actress added length to her figure with a pair of knee-high white boots and tightened her waist with a matching belt.
She styled her blonde locks into an updo and completed the outfit with a pair of earrings.
In other photos from the day, she was also seen in an emerald green coat embellished with a floral design on the shoulder pads.
The duo put on an animated display as they filmed new scenes.
At one point, Millie can be seen comforting Ncuti as she puts her hands on his shoulders.
Millie’s character Ruby mostly seems to support the doctor as she follows him around and holds his hand.
Ncuti was revealed as the 15th Doctor in the hit sci-fi show in May 2022 after Jodie Whittaker confirmed her departure from the role.
The Sex Education star is the first black actor to star as The Doctor, after Whittaker made history as the first permanent female Time Lord in 2017.

Jo Martin played the first black incarnation of the Time Lord in a January 2020 episode, Future of the Judoon, as Ruth Clayton, but Gatwa is the first black doctor to be cast as the protagonist.
The Rwandan-born Scottish actor rose to fame as Eric Effiong in the hugely popular Netflix series Sex Education about socially awkward high school student Otis (Asa Butterfield) and his sex therapist mother Jean (Gillian Anderson).
In his first interview since the announcement, he said, “I’ve known since February. It was difficult to hide this because I have a very big mouth. We did it.
“It feels amazing, this role is an institution and it’s so iconic and means so much to so many people, including myself.
‘This makes everyone feel seen. I am very grateful that the baton has been handed over and I will do my best.’

The new Doctor’s announcement was originally teased by showrunner Russel T. Davies and Gatwa on Instagram, with a post featuring two heart emojis, a plus sign, and a blue square.
Ncuti previously admitted that he was “very honored” and “beyond excited,” but admitted he was also a “little bit scared” about joining the franchise.
He told the BBC: ‘This role and show means so much to so many around the world, including myself, and each of my incredibly talented predecessors has handled that unique responsibility and privilege with the utmost care.
“I’ll do my very best to do the same.”
He added: ‘The whole team was so welcoming and really gave their hearts to the show.
“And as daunting as it is, I’m aware that I’m joining a really supportive family.”
