NBC mocks up Olympic dressage to Snoop Dogg hit ‘Gin And Juice’ as rapper opens up on Paris event
Olympic viewers can’t get enough of Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg on live TV, as NBC hilariously showcased one of the rapper’s biggest hits during coverage of the dressage Grand Prix Freestyle in Paris.
Stewart and Snoop Dogg, who have a 31-year age difference, were in the network’s Olympic studio in front of the Eiffel Tower on Sunday night, when producers showed Polish rider Sandra Sysojeva with her horse… ‘Gin & Juice.’
And just as a fragment of Sysojeva’s performance begins to play, Snoop Dogg’s 1994 classic ‘Gin and Juice’ is played at the same time. Much to the delight of the audience, the horse bounds along to the beat of the song, while Snoop Dogg changes a few lyrics on the spot.
“Go for it… from back to front… With so much drama in Par-is… It’s kinda hard being the HORSE…,” the rapper yelled.
Stewart then told her NBC colleague that it’s “much harder” for horses to move sideways on all fours than on two.

“Are you sure?” Snoop Dogg replied before giving a televised demonstration.
The rapper, whose full name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., then revealed that dressage is his new favorite sport to watch live and from the couch.
“I didn’t realize I liked the chemistry between the rider and the horse so much,” Snoop Dogg told NBC’s Mike Tirico.
I call them drivers because they actually drive [the horses]It felt good to be in the audience and watch it. [dressage] and watch it all happen.’
Stewart chimed in and said that Snoop Dogg, her good friend and business partner, was “very excited.”
The rapper even fed some horses, despite his fear of riding them, as previously revealed on TV

“I did that,” Snoop Dogg confirmed.
Stewart added: ‘We looked at about four different riders yesterday and it was extraordinary.’
“And I fed the horses,” Snoop Dogg said. “I’m actually really scared of horses, so when I do that, it feels like I’m going somewhere…”
On Saturday, Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart brought laughter to fans as they competed in the Dressage Team Grand Prix Special at the Palace of Versailles in full equestrian attire.
