NBA title winner Kevin Willis ‘stole $10,000 worth of championship jerseys from his storage space’

Former NBA player Kevin Willis has reported $100,000 worth of stolen jerseys to police in an alleged theft from his locker.
According to TMZ, when visiting his Roswell, GA. storage facility, he noticed that 10 San Antonio Spurs teammate jerseys had gone missing.
As a result, Willis called 911 and told police that $9,000 worth of other clothing was also taken.
According to the 911 call quoted by TMZWillis revealed the nature of the alleged crime he reported Thursday.
“This stuff was from when I was playing,” he said via the outlet. ‘These have been around for 20 years and they’ve taken all the high-profile staff that were there. They took them all. And they left four or something.’

According to the police report, “the locks appear to have been cut and were on the inside of the storage room.”
No arrests have been made in connection with the case at this time.
Willis won an NBA championship during the 2002-03 season with San Antonio. Although, he is perhaps most remembered for his run with the Atlanta Hawks between 1984-1994.
The Hawks drafted Willis with the 11th overall pick in the 1984 Draft. He played for eight teams over his career, including Miami, Golden State, Houston, Toronto, Denver and Dallas.
Willis played as a power forward and center throughout his time in the NBA and was named an All-Star in 1992.
